Recruitment Consultant – Perm - Retail
Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced permanent consultant to join an established team placing candidates into the Retail market.
Joining the Glasgow office, you will initially be working with an existing client base, recruiting for a range of roles from graduate trainees to first line management. You will also be required to develop new business. This is a fast moving and competitive market and you must be able to deliver a quality and professional service within tight time frames. Your ability to develop effective long-term relationships with your clients will play a major part in your success and ultimately you will assume full account management responsibility for key clients. The main duties of this role are as follows:
· Developing and identifying new business opportunities · Maintaining existing client and candidate relationships · Arranging and attending client meetings · Interviewing candidates · Managing active job portfolio
You will be of graduate calibre with a proven track record of success and a mature, proactive and commercial approach to running your desk. Experience of Retail Recruitment is ideal but not essential, what is essential is that you have at least 12 months recruitment experience and a clean and stable work history.
